March 26, 2021 My aha moments I thought this book was very insightful and it was realistic in what one may encounter during a spiritual drought. I thought the transparent approach as well as the biblical references that allowed the reader to take this journey with the author. It also provided basic principles to apply if you are trying to overcome this season in your life..... in my mind its a must read!!

March 22, 2021 Great Read! I purchased this book and to say it was a true blessing was an understatement. It spoke to areas of my life that I needed it to speak to. I felt that some prayers were answered and some things were confirmed in reading this book. If you feel like you're on a spiritual drought get this book. It definitely threw logs on the fire that was already started.

April 22, 2018 This is my review of reading the Chrystelle Series This series has taken me on an exciting roller coaster journey. I felt what she felt, and I went through what she went through in every book. I couldn’t stop reading, I was up til 2:00 am reading the first book and it had 41 Chapters. I visually saw, and felt like I was in every scenario of Chrystelle’s story. Being with her as she tries to balance God and her new found love. Maneuvering between: home, Jared's home, visiting him at jail, attending church, working, and going to school. Chrystelle was a risk taker, and the biggest risk she took was leaving God. She became very skillful at what she did, and how she did it, not thinking about the consequences of her actions, and decisions. It was like she was riding on her emotions not really considering God. Her convictions only came when she went to church, but would quickly fade at the benediction, because the devil kept her mind preoccupied with the man of her interests at the time. She was loving these men and having babies that she adores. She exhausted all of her energy just running around from one place to the next, just waring herself out trying to keep up with them, and that still wasn’t enough to make the man that she loved so much stay and build a life with her. When one interest she had a the time didn't work out...because she want to find real love so badly, she quickly found another one to fill that empty space. She went through so much for years; battling her feeling and emotions, and God, but when she got tired of being used and abused God guided her back to him. He won her heart back! She got older, wiser, settled, and she became grounded. Finally, it was only about God and her children, and that’s what filled the emptiness she felt from a man.
